A Cold, Rainy Opening Day.

Yesterday it was 70 degrees and sunny. Today it was 38 degrees with rain, hail and the Reds losing their 2009 home opener to the New York Mets.

Despite the bad weather, the "weathers" on the field was in the mid 80's as David Weathers continued to be the best player on the Cincinnati Reds.

  1. Great pics! I especially love the ascent up the long escalator. But I think you should've gotten a shot of the new scoreboard, even if you did so in B&W.

  3. Reds Opening Day should be recognized as an official city holiday. Great photos...wish I could have been in town to experience the joys of Opening Day in Cincinnati.

  4. As I moved away from Cincinnati, its cool to come here and be updated on the city happenings. My dad used to love to take me to opening day. :)
